Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These Terms govern your use of The Paid Ads Launch Lab (the "Service"), operated by Laurelle McVicker, an individual sole trader based in Sweden ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is an AI-powered tool that helps small business owners plan and launch Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. It generates audience targeting suggestions, creative angles, ad copy, and launch plans based on the information you provide.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Payment, billing and refunds
The Service is sold as a one-time purchase granting lifetime access for a single user. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation/refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- send spam, malware, or otherwise interfere with the Service's security or integrity;
- probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass technical limits;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- resell, redistribute, or grant access to the Service to anyone outside your account.
5. AI-generated content
The Service uses generative AI to produce text and creative suggestions. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for ensuring you hold the rights to any content you input. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation; they do not constitute professional marketing, legal, financial, or tax advice and should be reviewed before use.
You must not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, malware, or content that violates Meta's Advertising Policies or applicable law, and you must not attempt to jailbreak or circumvent the Service's safety controls.
We may, at our discretion, remove or restrict outputs, filter prompts, or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section. If a rights-holder believes the Service has produced infringing content, they may contact us using the address below, and we will review and respond. Repeated infringement may result in account termination.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, documentation, branding, prompts, and underlying models we license. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business purposes, subject to these Terms. As between you and us, you retain ownership of the business information you input and of the outputs generated for you, subject to any third-party model provider terms.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your content, or your unlawful use of outputs.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@misstypedmedia.com. For order, billing, or refund questions, please contact Paddle via paddle.net.
