Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at info@misstypedmedia.com with your order details and we'll help you through Paddle.

After the 14-day window

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and may be considered in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable consumer law in your country.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Access after refund

Once a refund is processed, access to the Service ends. You may purchase again in the future at the then-current price.
